TIGERFLEX UREFLEX-1 MATERIAL HANDLING HOSE

Application

Ureflex-1 is designed for abrasive applications such as grain handling, sand/shot recovery lines, roof rock cleaning and various other material handling applications. It is formulated out of static-dissipative HMW PVC which also provides sub-zero flexibility.

Construction

Tube- Smooth black polyurethane
Reinforcement- White PVC Helix
Cover- Convulated black HMW PVC for low temp flexibility

Temperature Range

-40°C to +65°C (-40°F to +150°F)

Standard Lengths

100ft & 50ft no cutting

Working pressures are calculated at 70 degrees F (20 degrees C). Maximum working pressure decreases as temperature increases. Pressure ratings can only be achieved using proper coupling procedures. Bend radius is calculated at 70 degrees F (20 degrees C). Flexibility may vary at different temperatures. Please contact IRP if you have concerns regarding your application.
