TIGERFLEX UBK MATERIAL HANDLING HOSE

Application

UBK is designed for abrasive applications such as sand/shot recovery lines, roof rock cleaning and various other abrasive material transfer. It is formulated out of HMW PVC which provides subzero flexibility. UBK is also formulated out of static-dissipative compounds.

Construction

Tube- Smooth black polyurethane
Reinforcement- Exposed black PVC helix allows hose to slide easily
Cover- Convulated black HMW PVC for low temp flexibility

Temperature Range

-40°C to +65°C (-40°F to +150°F)

Working pressures are calculated at 70 degrees F (20 degrees C). Maximum working pressure decreases as temperature increases. Pressure ratings can only be achieved using proper coupling procedures. Bend radius is calculated at 70 degrees F (20 degrees C). Flexibility may vary at different temperatures. Please contact IRP if you have concerns regarding your application.
