Application
For general clean-up and hot water / low pressure steam washdown services in dairies, meat packing houses, creameries, food processing and bottling plants. The use of premium materials gives longer service life under high temperature use. Suitable for steam service up to 100 PSI. Mandrel built.

Tube - White FDA EPDM rubber, heat resistant
Reinforcement - Two layers of synthetic yarns. Fungus and mould resistant
Cover - White FDA EPDM rubber heat and abrasion resistant

Working pressures are calculated at 70 degrees F (20 degrees C). Maximum working pressure decreases as temperature increases. Pressure ratings can only be achieved using proper coupling procedures. Bend radius is calculated at 70 degrees F (20 degrees C). Flexibility may vary at different temperatures. Please contact IRP if you have concerns regarding your application.
