Application

Contraflex is manufactured using a 70% Nitrile and 30% P.V.C. blend giving this product an advantage over other products in the market using a 70% P.V.C. and 30% Nitrile Blend. This hose is designed for discharging water and oil contaminated water at high pressures. An excellent portable pump hose. (Only suitable for handling petroleum products with an aromatic content under 30%)

Construction

Tube- Black abrasion and oil resistant nitrile/PVC blend 
Reinforcement- Circular woven polyester yarn
Cover- Black nitrile/PVC blend, resistant to abrasion, oil and weathering
Branding- Unbranded

Temperature Range

-30°C to +95°C (-22°F to +203°F)

25ft multiples & 300ft coils

* 1-1/2" Available in blue part number= CONBLUE-1.5

Working pressures are calculated at 70 degrees F (20 degrees C). Maximum working pressure decreases as temperature increases. Pressure ratings can only be achieved using proper coupling procedures. Bend radius is calculated at 70 degrees F (20 degrees C). Flexibility may vary at different temperatures. Please contact IRP if you have concerns regarding your application.
